Kelley Dasinger, OD, FAAO
Dr. Kelley is from Fayetteville, GA. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She graduated with her doctorate from the UAB in 2010. She then pursued a residency in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy at SCO. Upon completion of the residency, she joined the faculty at SCO as a Clinical Instructor.
Dr. Kelley’s special optometric interests include: general eye care, pediatrics, vision therapy, contact lens care (especially pediatric fits), and binocular vision conditions (strabismus, amblyopia, visual processing disorders).
Michael C. Dasinger, OD, FAAO
Dr. Michael is from Skipperville, Alabama. He graduated from Troy State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics. He graduated with his doctorate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2009 and then worked in a private practice in Dothan, AL for a year before pursuing a residency in Primary Eye Care at Southern College of Optometry (SCO) in Memphis, TN. Upon completion of the residency, he joined the faculty at SCO as a Clinical Instructor eventually reaching the academic rank of Assistant Professor.
Dr. Michael’s special optometric interests include: geriatric eye care, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and specialty contact lenses.
